What has been your favorite project so far?
It’s Kale obviously, my little baby
What do you like most about your job?
Being able to contribute in a meaningful and measurable way to advancing the state of the art of the MLOps challenge.
But that wouldn’t be possible without the amazing people I work with, who really embody a sense of commitment and dedication that I had never seen before.
What do you think is the most valuable lesson you have learned while working at Arrikto so far?
When you can work as a hive of minds, you can surmount the biggest challenges. Being successful is not about technical excellence, it is about building a social environment which allows people to feel (and be) successful.
What were you doing before working at Arrikto?
I was a Research Software Engineer in a Data Science research unit. I had the opportunity to learn Machine Learning concepts that helped me really understand what is at stake when we try to operationalize it at scale.
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
Rock climbing above all, but really I am outdoor sports addicted. Whatever demands physical endeavors against the natural elements.

What is the one thing you can’t live without?
Mountains, nature, fresh air. I am an outdoor guy.

My current city – Trento, in northern Italy

What’s something you’re planning on doing in the next year that you’ve never done?
